On Wednesday April 10 Urban Mindfulness offers a new mindfulness training in English. This classic 8-week mindfulness training is suited both for those who are new to mindfulness as well as those who need encouragement to continue practising mindfulness in everyday life. In the sessions you will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness by engaging in various forms of meditation and exercises guided by the trainers.
The meditations, instructions and assignments are down-to-earth, non-religious and easy to practice at home. The training is most effective if you attend all sessions and practice daily. Therefore, we highly recommend that you invest about 45 minutes per day to practice at home and complete the home assignments. The sessions are in English, but Dutch participants are very welcome and all training materials are available in Dutch.
