English Mindfulness Training April 2017

This spring a new mindfulness training will start on April 3. The training is suited both for those who are new to mindfulness as well as those who need encouragement to continue practicing mindfulness in everyday life. In eight weekly meetings you will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness by engaging in different forms of meditation, guided by the trainers.
