For those of us who struggle with keeping up their mindfulness practice every now and then (and who doesn’t, really?) we now offer regular Booster Sessions! In these booster sessions you will engage in a number of guided and unguided meditations, and have the possibility to exchange experiences with the other participants at the end of the session. This can help you to reconnect with your mindfulness practice, and maybe share some tips with the other participants and the trainers for keeping up your practice.
