This is a day to be with yourself in a way you may not usually have time for. During this day of mindfulness practice we will set aside our usual running around and getting things done, in favour of paying attention from moment to moment. You will have the opportunity to practice mindfulness in silence for a day, allowing you to experience a deeper sense of awareness and expand your practice in a unique way.
We will engage in a variety of formal meditations guided by the trainers. Lunch is included and will form an integral part of the day. Towards the end of the day there will be opportunity to discuss and exchange your experiences if you wish to do so.
It is recommended, though not required, that you have some experience with meditation.
